1.1 账户信息 / Account Information​

  • 微信 OpenID 或邮箱地址（用于登录）/ WeChat OpenID or email address (for login)
  • Notion OAuth 授权令牌（用于向您的 Notion 写入内容）/ Notion OAuth token (for writing to your Notion workspace)

1.2 使用数据 / Usage Data​

  • 剪藏记录（来源 URL、剪藏时间、目标 Notion 数据库）/ Clipping history (source URL, timestamp, target database)
  • 设备类型、浏览器版本等基本技术信息 / Basic technical information (device type, browser version)

1.3 内容数据 / Content Data​

  • 您主动剪藏的网页内容（文本、图片链接）仅用于处理和传输至 Notion，不会长期存储
  • Content you clip is used solely for processing and transmitting to Notion, and is not stored long-term

2. 信息用途 / How We Use Information​

我们收集的信息仅用于 / We use collected information only to：

  • 提供和改进本服务 / Provide and improve the Service
  • 处理您的剪藏请求 / Process your clipping requests
  • 管理您的账户和会员状态 / Manage your account and membership
  • 发送服务相关通知 / Send service-related notifications
  • 分析使用情况以优化产品体验 / Analyze usage to optimize experience

3. 信息共享 / Information Sharing​

我们不会出售、出租或向第三方分享您的个人信息，除非：

  • Notion：存储您的剪藏内容 / Stores your clipped content
  • 阿里云 OSS / Alibaba Cloud OSS：临时存储图片 / Temporary image storage
  • 微信开放平台 / WeChat Open Platform：小程序登录 / Mini-program login

5. 数据安全 / Data Security​

  • 数据传输使用 HTTPS 加密 / HTTPS encryption for data transmission
  • Notion 令牌加密存储 / Encrypted storage of Notion tokens
  • 定期安全审计 / Regular security audits

6. 数据保留 / Data Retention​

  • 账户信息：在您使用服务期间保留 / Account info: retained while you use the Service
  • 剪藏历史：保留用于您查看 / Clipping history: retained for your viewing
  • 内容数据：处理完成后不再保留 / Content data: not retained after processing

7. 您的权利 / Your Rights​

您有权 / You have the right to：

  • 访问我们持有的您的个人信息 / Access personal information we hold
  • 要求更正不准确的信息 / Request correction of inaccurate information

8. Cookie 与本地存储 / Cookies & Local Storage​

  • Chrome 扩展使用 chrome.storage.sync 存储用户标识和偏好设置

  • 网站使用必要的 Cookie 维持登录状态

  • 我们不使用第三方跟踪 Cookie

  • The Chrome extension uses chrome.storage.sync for user ID and preferences

  • The website uses necessary cookies for login sessions

  • We do not use third-party tracking cookies

9. 未成年人 / Children​

本服务不面向 16 岁以下未成年人。我们不会故意收集未成年人的个人信息。
