欢迎使用 EverythingToNotion（以下简称"本服务"）。使用本服务即表示您同意以下条款。

Welcome to EverythingToNotion ("the Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the following terms.

1. 服务说明 / Service Description​

EverythingToNotion 是一款内容剪藏工具，帮助用户将小红书、微信公众号、豆瓣、微博、微信读书及其他网页内容保存至 Notion。本服务通过 Chrome 浏览器扩展、网页端及微信小程序提供。

EverythingToNotion is a content clipping tool that helps users save content from Xiaohongshu (RedNote), WeChat articles, Douban, Weibo, WeRead, and other webpages to Notion. The Service is available via Chrome extension, web app, and WeChat mini-program.

2. 账户 / Accounts​

  • 您需要通过微信扫码或邮箱注册账户才能使用本服务。

  • 您需要授权 Notion 集成以允许本服务向您的 Notion 工作区写入内容。

  • 您有责任保管好自己的账户信息。

  • You must register an account via WeChat or email to use the Service.

  • You must authorize the Notion integration to allow the Service to write content to your Notion workspace.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

3. 使用规范 / Acceptable Use​

您同意不会 / You agree not to：

  • 以任何方式滥用、干扰或破坏本服务 / Abuse, interfere with, or disrupt the Service
  • 利用本服务进行任何违法活动 / Use the Service for illegal activities
  • 超出合理使用范围对本服务进行自动化批量请求 / Make automated bulk requests beyond reasonable usage
  • 转售或二次分发本服务的访问权限 / Resell or redistribute access to the Service

4. 付费与会员 / Payments & Membership​

  • 本服务提供免费版和付费会员版。Free tier and paid memberships are available.
  • 年度会员：¥32/年；终身会员：¥169 一次性付费。Annual Pro: ¥32/year; Lifetime: ¥169 one-time.
  • 付费后不支持退款，除非法律另有规定。Refunds are not available after purchase, unless required by law.
  • 我们保留调整价格的权利，调整前会提前通知。We reserve the right to adjust pricing with prior notice.

5. 内容与知识产权 / Content & Intellectual Property​

  • 您剪藏的内容归您所有，我们不会主张对其的所有权。Content you clip remains yours.
  • 本服务本身（包括代码、设计、品牌）的知识产权归 EverythingToNotion 所有。The Service itself is the intellectual property of EverythingToNotion.
  • 我们可能会临时存储您剪藏的内容用于处理和传输，但不会将其用于其他目的。We may temporarily store clipped content for processing and transmission only.

6. 免责声明 / Disclaimer​

  • 本服务按"现状"提供，不提供任何明示或暗示的保证。The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
  • 我们不保证服务不中断、无错误。We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
  • 对于因第三方平台接口变更导致的服务不可用，我们不承担责任。We are not liable for unavailability caused by third-party API changes.

7. 责任限制 / Limitation of Liability​

在法律允许的最大范围内，EverythingToNotion 对因使用本服务产生的任何间接、附带、特殊或后果性损害不承担责任。

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EverythingToNotion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

8. 服务变更与终止 / Service Changes & Termination​

  • 我们保留随时修改或终止服务的权利。We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Service at any time.
  • 如果您违反本条款，我们有权暂停或终止您的账户。We may suspend or terminate your account for violations.

9. 条款修改 / Changes to Terms​

我们可能会不时更新本条款。重大变更将通过网站或邮件通知。继续使用本服务即表示接受更新后的条款。

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

10. 适用法律 / Governing Law​

本条款受中华人民共和国法律管辖。These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
