Data Security

This extension [ETN] may collect the following user data:​

  • Web page text content (e.g. articles, comments)

  • Media files (e.g. images, videos, audio)

  • Hyperlinks (URLs of webpages the user visits)

  • Metadata (e.g. access time, website domain)

How data is collected:​

  • Data is collected only when the user actively uses the extension on the current browser page — triggered by the user's own actions.

How data is used:​

  • Data is collected solely based on the user's intent to save content they want to keep — the collected content is saved to the user's personal Notion account.

Data storage & transmission:​

  • User data is stored locally in the browser by default. Some features may transmit encrypted data to our servers (located in [China]).

Data sharing​

We only share data in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers (e.g. AWS, Google Cloud — limited to necessary data processing).
  • Legal requirements (e.g. court orders).

Policy updates:​

  • Updates will be announced via [in-extension notifications / the official website].
